Despicable customer care and service

Purchased a truck in July 2013 and the truck has still not been licenced. The truck went to an independent body builder for modifications as a rollback. There was a battle between Tata and the body builder as to who was responsible for issuing the licence. All paperwork and e-Natis documents required from the body builder were sent to TATA 5 weeks ago. Tata informed us that they had submitted the documents at the licensing department. After contacting H/O and sending my truck for another roadworthy we have still not been issued with a licence. Now they are telling us that we cannot acquire the licence without the original e-Natis document held at our bank, who incidentally cannot release them because the truck has already been financed. So I really don't know what to do now. Since July I have spent and lost a lot of money and energy making numerous phone calls and receiving numerous false promises from the staff at Tata Brakpan. They promised that they would keep me informed but I am the one who calls them for updates and each time I get a different story. The service has been incredibly bad and very stressful to say the least. I really regret dealing with TATA
