I purchased a Tata Xenon in 2012 and since have had various problems with the vehicle. I took it back three times to Tata Menlyn and once to Tata Centurion and still the problem persists. The steering becomes more and more difficult and trying to make an appointment at Tata Menlyn is futile as the service department just don't answer their phones! I sent a complaint to Tata SA on 12 June 2013 to a customer care supervisor - Andriehet Hatting - who up to this day has not contacted me back with any progress or resolution to the problem (except that she waited for Tata Menlyn to give her feedback and that she would give me feedback the following day - that was on the 18th of June 2013 - and still nothing). I will never purchase a Tata EVER again!!! I've never experienced such pathetic service in my life!
