I bought a TATA INDICA and I have had nothing but problems with the car and the after sales service.

I have been trying to get TATA to assist but have had nothing but the run around and no one willing to assist a customer. I have emailed bit the MD of TATA and a Director of Imperial but have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement.

These people are quick to sell you a car but when the defects start showing they are not interested.

If top management of TATA and Imperial is not even interested in assisting a customer how can you expect the staff to care?

WORST CAR, BRAN and SERVICE EVER!!!

I will make it my mission to expose this company and the non-service on every platform I can find.
