I hired a Van (chevrolet bakkie) from Avis van Rental Cape Town from the 19th of December until the 1st of Jan 2014
The invoice amount was R 3, 794.64 and then my credit card was debited for R6039, 97
This is R2245 MORE than was invoiced. No one gets back to me in regards of refunding the money. This is totally unacceptable.
Will take further legal action as this is against the Consumer Act
