We purchased a Brand new Tata Superace from Tata Menlyn beginning of 2013. This vehicle is just one big piece of scrap metal from the word go. Before 600km starter replaced 3 times by TATA Edenvale, Before 10000km the alarm was reset twice by TATA Centurion, 10000km service glow plugs was replaced by TATA Menlyn. This vehicle had been towed in by Tata Assist a couple of times and every single time we had been without a vehicle for about a week. I have phone, mailed and spoke to various people from Tata Centurion, Edenvale and Menlyn even Customer care, But no one bother to give feedback or anything. Today I went as far as to visit Tata South Africa, The ladies on the front desk gave fair service, I asked to speak to the CEO's secretary but instead the customer care manager came out, gave me a look that I disturbed his peace, his whole body language was that of my problem is not his problem to resolve. This Ismael Malick must go and learn what customer care is, Tata South Africa is incompetent and realy use South Africa as a dump site for the scrap of the world.
