I would like to lay a complain about Tata. I bought a car (Tata indigo GLX station wagon) last year July they sell me a car that was resprayed, but they said to me it's a new car. I discover it after 4 months when i took the car to ford in Constantiakloof to trade in they told me that this car was not brand new as they claimed even the colour of the doors are not the same. I went back to the dealer I show them the car, the dealer principal said no the car is right there is nothing wrong with the car he even check the file of the car. So I took the car to AA to make sure, the report shows the dents all over the body. now TATA is not responding to me I'm stuck with this car I can't do anything all I want is for them to take this car back and refund me my money
