Horrible service

Dear Peter,

I bought a truck on 17 December 2012, this truck had a breakdown before it travelled 300 kilometres hence it was brand new, ever since we are experiencing breakdown on weekly basis. today i got a call from the driver informing that there is a breakdown again and the truck is loaded. we have been trying to reach Tata Manager to assist us but he is not willing to help instead he gave the tow guys my number and say they must contact me and let me sign the forms which state the if the truck break suspension they are not responsible for it

I feel cheated, i wanted to return this vehicle but they refused, please help
