By far, the worst service I have ever received from a car dealership. After placing an order for my car on 16 April, Mercedes Benz have given me yet another excuse as to why I have not received my vehicle when it should have been delivered at the beginning of October. I am never notified of all the delays and they have waited for me to follow up with them each time as to where the vehicle is. Empty promises, multiple excuses, no apologies, no compensation and now no car! And no matter who you speak to, no one takes any action and promises of feedback are just empty.
