BRAND NEW TATA - ONLY GIVES ME PROBLEMS :-(

I have not yet heard from Tata Menlyn re Fan knob and the plastic cover around the door lock to be replaced.
This has been from 4/11/2013 - 17/12/2013, more than a month. I phoned them today and spoke to a guy in the parts department, who advised there is a knob for a fan with them, but he does not know who this is for.
I would also like to inform Tata that my vehicle's brakes started shuttering at about 3000km. My warranty does not cover discs or the drums. I advised the service department about my query and they advised that I need to book the vehicle and I will be charged R570.00 p/h labour fee for them to take of the wheels and have a look for any problems. The lady at the service department advised that if this is the brakes or drums, I will need to pay for this, but if the problem is something under the warranty, they will repair this under the warranty, but never the less, I still need to pay for the labour.

I have only had problems with my Tata and would like to know if they will repair this at no cost to me.
- WHAT PROBLEMS WILL BE NEXT. 1ST - IGNITION, 2ND - FAN KNOB, 3RD - BRAKES SHUTTER.

REALLY???
