Nonsene service all round. Disappointed

Mercedes benz bedfordview has no understanding of what customer service is. From the first day i walked into that dealership its been sour. Staff at the dealership will ignore you as though you shouldnt be there. I bought a new vehicle from them and the lack of feedback, good service and good attitude is really lacking. When this dealership makes mistakes its never their fault and asking for assistance is a definate nono. A gentleman named Peter in the service department should retire because he has no knowledge of how to speak to people and give a good service. I have my vehicle after much back and forth he said/she said kind of behavior. Registration that was suppose to be completed before i received the car is yet to be done, i call, email Sibusiso and promises are made but not delivered and i have to initiate contact to get clarity. Phones at merc bedfordview ring nonstop, if someone picks up its never a friendly hello. Preneesha Padayachee is the only good person ive had contact with at that dealership, professional, helpful and communicates. I bought my vehicle, it wasnt for free so merc bedforview is not doing me a favour. Feedback from Merc will surprise me!! Galli Gumbo
