POOR SERVICE FROM MERCEDES BENZ SOUTH AFRICA

It is 14 November 2013 at 15h30 and my vehicle Mercedes C200K will not start, giving me alarms indicating ABS/EBS and restraint system malfunction. I need to use my vehicle and I am on a maintenance contract. The Durban Dealership informs me that I should phone the roadside assistance as they cannot assist. I phone 0800133355. I am on hold for half an hour on my cell phone and my pregnant wife needs to go to the hospital due to pains. I cannot hold on any longer as the call centre is keeping me on hold for too long. This is pathetic service from Mercedes Benz and I need assistance in this matter.
