Double payment

On the 28th of dec 2012 i went to Sasol Garage in Abbarsford (East londen) to fiil up fuel, i was using an absa card, the guy who help said tht transaction was declined and he swipe the card again nad it went thru, after 2 days i realised that they did a adouble payment, i went to them and they asked me to bring a bank statement and they said it does not show on their bank they only see one payment not 2, then they said they will refer the matter to their account department and a lady called Carmen will give me call, she called me nad explained that its not their fault the problem is with FNB because the matchine belongs to FNB so they will get back to me they are still busy with FNB, i was in the East London then for holidays i came back to Johannesbursg, on the 29th of January 2013 i called them again since i did not get any responce from them since December last year, i spoke to Carmen and she claimed that i gave them a wrong number she was trying to call me, funny enough they used the same number to call me last year. and she said FNB had a system problem now they have a backlock of queries so they dont know how long will it take.
