Bad service & false charges

We used and paid up-front Seven Seas to ship 2 packages from Auckland to CapeTown with a door-to-door delivery. All cost apart from customs duties were included. From the time package was delivered several problems arose - the same query would result in various differing answers. After several delays and battling to get information we got an invoice for customs charges of R382 in South Africa which was promptly paid. A statement come later claiming payment for local charges. A query to explain this in light of the already paid delivery charges, went unanswered. Now a late payment invoice for R375 for an invoice already paid has arrived. No e-mail is answered and phones just ring. Still no response.
Can not comprehend such lack-lustre service and ignorance of customers. JOB REFERENCE:000/053/824
