Terrible service and communication

I rented a Polo from first Car Rental at PE airport on the 18th of December 2012 to be returned on the 4th January 2013.
First of all the Car I rented needed wheel balancing and alignment (the steering wheel was badly off centre).

On the 28th Dec, somebody reversed into my rental car while it was parked in the road in Plettenberg Bay,
damaging the front right fender.

Luckily the lady was kind enough to leave her details. I called first car rental in PE on the 29th and notified a Lady called Yolandie about the incident - I was then instructed to go and get an accident claim number from the police station (which I did), when I returned the car on the 4th of Jan, I was treated in very unprofessional manner at the PE branch, I filled in yet another accident form with all the required and relevant information. I was told that after the repairs were done the third party insurance would pay First Car rental and I would then recieve my deposit back - that was nearly two months ago, I have called head office and the accident claims department at least 8 times with no progress, I am a long standing customer and I want my deposit money back now!!! I will not use First car ever again
