On 10 April 2013 my wife paid for petrol at the Sasol service station. When the card printer ran out during payment, she was billed twice for the amount of R299.60. Subsequently when the double payment was indicated on the statement, she went back to get a refund. The manager, Nadia, was not very very helpful, and eventually told her to get the money back from the bank. Efforts to contact the Sasol corporate management, was fruitless. FNB bank info below.
