I lauched a complaint to Sasol on monday regarding my refund as I paid twice for petrol, I swipe my card to pay for the petrol in which they said the machine is giving them an error, i went inside to withdraw money from the atm & paid cash and afterwards noticed from my notify me on my cellphone that the money I swipe has being paid, I showed the a person petrol assistant the the money has being debited on my account & they said I must go 2 the bank make a statement come back again for a refund which it was a waist of time & money for me to that, I lodged a complaint in which the manager called me by the name of 'chrissie lemmer', she said that she cannot assist me with getting my money back as it's not her fault I must go to ABSA. ABSA hs nothing to do with this as I did not pay at ABSA but at SASOL please assist as the manager is not willing to help me. she sended me emails that has nothing to do with what I want, she making her problems to be my problem, as a manager she should have serviced me as a customer & gave me what is mine.
