I have been trying constantly for weeks now to get through to EMS South Africa 0119616000/6/7/8 but NO REPLY! The phone rings and then this ridiculous voice tells you that the lines are busy and that you have the option to use their useless website. After 5-15 minutes they simply cut the calls off!!! I'm trying to track a parcel from the UK to SA for the last 27 days! This is pathetic! EMS you!!
