To whom it may concern:
As per my numerous e-mails and telephonic conversations with your call center, I have explained over and over that I have not received my item. It was said to me that my package has not been delivered on numerous occasions and that your Cape Town office will contact me to resolve this issue,
Needless to say, I still haven't had a call back from anyone at Fedex. I want this matter resolved with immediate effect or I will take this matter further. A e-mail stating that the goods has been delivered to Melissa, just will not suffice as I do not know a Melissa and I would expect that goods would be delivered to the recipient and not any random person.
I expect a telephone call before the end of day to resolve this matter.
