I am waiting for a parcel from the UK, which was posted on 15th January 2013. Royal Mail tracking said it was in South Africa on the 18th January 2013. The Ems.sapo web site has been showing that the parcel was last scanned and sent to customs on 21st January 2013 at 14:00. I have been trying to phone Ems all day on 0119616114; 0119616000; 0119616007; 0119616009 and 0119616010 but no-one answers any of these numbers. I don't know if their lines are down.
