Bad Service, Extended Waits and Scratched Ca

Where to begin? Wow!!!

My car went in for a service on a Friday morning, after sitting and waiting around for about 25mins as there was only one person handling the checking of cars for service I was eventually helped and told that there was an error in the booking and stamping of services, etc. After investigation it was decided my car should be serviced (it is on motor plan).

Later when I fetched my car, after being told it would be ready, I landed up waiting with my 10yr old for over an hour in the waiting room, and only received my car at about 18h15. The car itself was very dirty and I was told it had been in the wash bay but the inside had hand marks and the mirrors were not cleaned properly. I also then saw that the side driver's mirror and passenger door glass panel had been scratched.

Best part is that my service book/file had been given to the washers to be put into the car and this had in error gone home with someone else, resulting in my wife having to go back to get it after the weekend. She was also treated very rudely.

Maybe its because we are young, but we get far better service at Kia when we take our other car in and I really expect more from Land Rover Brand.
