I have had a parcel sent from the US using USPS and the parcel cleared customers in South Africa on the 17th December. According to the Postoffice EMS is delivering the parcel but there has been no movement on the parcel since the 17th so I tried to call them so I could arrange to collect it myself (money well spent on delivery). Having spent 2 hours trying to call through, and the number constantly ringing out I have now given up trying to contact them. If you try to call EMS on any number starting 0119616000, all I can say is good luck. What a joke!
