I replaced my business cheque card at fnb in Durban and ccd couriers was supposed to have delivered it on Friday last week and they didn't. They called to say they will deliver it today which is Tuesday and they still haven't. The worst part is they keep sending these SMS to say they are delivering it. I just wonder how they expect me to run my business?
