I applied on-line for a business cheque account on the 26th of September and up until today I haven't received my cheque card and stuff. I only applied on-line as I believed this was the most convenient way however little did I know that this was going to be the worst nightmare ever. How convenient is it for me to wait for 2 months for a card to be delivered?
CCD Couriers keeps on making empty promises - they will leave a missed call or two then send a message saying I should call them back of which I have done numerous times but still nothing. On the 21/10, one of their consultants had the guts to ask me if I can come and collect the card, really? Maybe I am the one who does not understand the duties and responsibilities of a courier company. When I told her, I won't do that and they must send it back if they cannot deliver it on Thursday - she had no problem doing that... WOW, talking about poor customer service. I will never use CCD Couriers even if I had to courier something to someone who lives down the road.
