No service from Bigboy Scooters

We bought a new 125 motorbike from the Boksburg branch. We complained several times even to Bigboy headoffice and did not get any response. After I threatened to notify hellopeter I received action but after nearly two weeks I did not get any further response from Bigboy. Complaining to Bigboy Headoffice is not helping because you only receive promises.
