Again card undelivered, most incompetent courier?

So yet again I've had to go through what must possibly be the worst/most incompetent courier in the world, CCD couriers, due to the replacement of a lost FNB debit card.

After having put through a request to have my card replaced on the 13th of December, I then received a call the following week to make an appointment for delivery on the 24th. Okay I thought, I'm at home, this should be relatively straightforward. Oh but what a mistake that was, yet again I received absolutely no follow-up on the 24th and the card then went undelivered. No calls, no nothing. I then eventually receive a call on Monday the 30th apologising for not delivering on the 24th (they had no reason they could give for the missed appointment) and therefore promised to make delivery the next day on the 31st. Yet again the day came and went with zero follow-up and no courier delivery.

I do not understand how a company is so grossly incompetent at this most basic of tasks. I do not know if they outsource the actual couriers or what, but whatever their business model is, it's absolutely pathetic. FIX it CCD, I want my card delivered, but now unfortunately it'll have to go to my place of work.
