CCD couriers was supposed to deliver my FNB card on 17/09/2013 between 08h00 and 09h00.
No one called to say the driver is late. I called after 9 to find out what is happening, and they told me... o sorry, the driver is going to be late, he will be there at 11.???...They had the driver call me who said he will not make it on time. (11). I had to take off the morning from work... now i lost half a day of work because of the lack of service from there side. I asked if they can then deliver to my branch at Clearwater mall, witch the driver said NO... he will not... I will never do business with CCD couriers again. I work for telesure, auto and general, and will defnitely spread the word to my management.
