I don't understand why CCD Couriers will call to confirm delivery over 4 times wen they cant keep up to the word. I took hours off from work waiting for delivery that was supposed to be between 8am to 10am and its almost 12pm now and not even a courtesy from this company. FNB SHOULD CONSIDER USING ANOTHER COURIER SERVICE.
