I have been waiting 11 days for my new FNB gold cheque account card to be delivered.
It was supposed to be delivered yesterday (15/05/13) and I still have not received it.
I have phoned the couriers 7 times over the course of the last 2 days to find out when it will arrive, the consultants say they will check with the driver where he is and come back to me, so far nobody has bothered to come back to me. On 1 occasion there excuse for non delivery was their vehicle broke down. another excuse is the driver was at my work and I didn't have the proof of residence. NOBODY has been to deliver anything for me. Now they want to reschedule the delivery for next week Wednesday (22/05/13).
This IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, HOW MUCH LONGER MUST I WAIT TO BE ABLE TO USE MY CARD AND ACCOUNT. I will not make it to change my salary and my debit orders for this month thanks to CCD
