How Long Does It Take?

I still have issues outstanding on my vehicle from my first service in Jan 2013 plus the additional issues that have cropped up since then. I am so disappointed, I believed the oversights made when I purchased the vehicle were a once off, but unfortunately I was mistaken. To clarify, the stitching in my seats is coming out, there is a bubble forming on my gear lever, I am unable to get any of these issues resolved because they are unable to provide me with a loan vehicle and now I am going on holiday and will be told that the damage is due to use. Please help me!
