Hale Damage not Repaired/Shocking Service

I Purchased a Suzuki Swift the beginning of December last year. When i purchased the vehicle I was promised the hale damage the vehicle would be repaired as well as the airbag issues the vehicle had. I was promised by Tobie all these issues would be rectified before I go on holiday. This never happened. I drove the vehicle to the south coast with possible airbag issues. It seams all they wanted was to close there month end off with my sale regardless of the consequences. I paid R75000.00 cash for this car and was promised that the hale damage would be fixed. If this does not happen this car was sold to me dishonestly. I took the car back yesterday morning to rectify the airbag issues. I did not receive a phone call to say it was done, I had to arrange to collect the car and contact the branch. I get told the issue was a tracker install that caused it? Yet the car had the issue as per the inspection before the tracker was installed! This morning i went to the branch as per Patrick to drop the vehicle for the hale assessment. I was late for work as there was no one there till 7 15. I was met with hostility by Tobie telling me he has a business to run. Great Customer service!!!
