Unable to supply Nissan NP200 parts for 3 weeks

I have two queries currently with Nissan South Africa, One has been handed over to legal to compile the final report regarding my non deployment of the air bags, and the other regarding waiting for parts for over 3 weeks. I have been in negotiations with Nissan and the approved Nissan panel beater for over 2 weeks regarding my Nissan NP 200.To start I would like to say your CSC is very uninformed regarding customer service as I have been trying to find out when my parts for the my very common NP200s will be available after I was told that the Nissan has parts available now due to the popularity of the vehicle, the parts are not available and I must wait 3 weeks for the needed parts. This has placed me in a predicament were by I am unable to fulfill my job functions and could even result in my dismissal as I am required to have a vehicle to perform my duties. I purchased the vehicle under the impression that I would not struggle with parts, as the vehicle is my livelihood and all I requested was a courtesy vehicle during this time of unnecessary wait (3 weeks for one part) but to no joy I was left at the car rental company with no assistance and still no part.
