Poor Service, Communication and Quality Check

Vehicle went in for repairs, had to follow up too many times to find out the progress on the vehicle, when i went to collect it, there were more issues than when it went in. The interior had so many stains on the seats and seem that no one actually attempted to clean it. I had extra marks on the vehicle that were not there before. They only respond to emails 3-4days after it is sent and read by them. Now they want to do a valet on the car to "clean the seats, not sure those stains will come out. You never hear from the branch manager at all, not very good for the company.

Disappointment is an understatement. The workmanship "looks OK" not really sure, but sending your vehicle in for repairs and then receiving it back with more issues is not a good service at all.
