I purchased a vehicle in January 2012 and straight away started contacting the dealership where I purchased it from about issues the vehicle had. This went on for months (we have had the vehicle in our possession for a total of 2 to 3 months). We have recently tried to put a hold on our Vehicle Finance Loan with Wesbank until the court case against the dealership is resolved (we have subsequently found out that Wesbank do not put accounts on hold which is contrary to what we were informed of when we initially looked at this option). We have since also learnt that the Area Manager for Wesbank is directly linked to the owner of the dealership (family) and therefore our request has been denied.

The issues with the vehicle are still not resolved and pending as the dealership is not interested in resolving them.

My fiance went to the Wesbank offices at Cresta this morning to follow up as we had no feedback/response
