This morning I called Renault Customer Centre. A very passionate, energtic and enthusiastic voice on the other side of the line made my day. Not only did this gentleman, Peter Badenhorst, take my call to act on my service query, but also offered to make follow-ups with the dealer in Meadowdale and came back to me with answers to my query. If only we could have a thousands of the Peter Badenhorst out there, doing business with service/product preoviders would be an exciting experirence. Thanks for making day Peter.
