I have been waiting since the 28 November for my cheque card to be delivered, they failed to deliver as promised during the morning of the 28th, and then promised it would be delivered on the 4th of December, but alas, after waiting the entire day at the office nobody bothered to come through. This morning I phoned and queried delivery and was told that they would contact me once again to arrange delivery before the card was sent back to Joburg, it is now 1pm and I have still heard nothing.
