On Monday 13 January I received an sms stating that CCD couriers had received my card, I quickly contacted them to arrange a delivery date for Thursday 16 January between 10:00 and 12:00 as this would be the only day where I would be home for collection of the card. Due to the fact that I am not in a single place on one day for work it is not possible that the card be delivered on any other day. I specifically took a day off from work to wait for the card and it has not arrived. The driver called me now now and stated that he was too far away from silver lakes and my card will only be delivered tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable, I have lost out on a day of work for no reason at all. Earlier last year I had the same problem with CCD for delivery of my cheque card.
