I've got a package which I ordered from TAKEALOT, that are not being delivered by MR Delivery. I wanted it for Christmas, but although they had it in their warehouse on the 24th, they made no effort to deliver.
Instead I was promised that I would be delivered on the 27th before 16:00.
I checked this morning and now they tell me that they will only deliver on the 28th before 17:00
I do not understand how TAKELOT can use MR Delivery as their preferred couriers.
I strongly urge anyone reading this not to use Mr Delivery.
