I can think of a few words I would like to use in order to describe CCD couriers that would most probably get me into trouble. So lets stick to the facts. In the 5 times FNB sent me stuff via CCD couriers they were late or did not pitch 3 times. They make appointments which they do not keep. You phone the help line and they say they will get in touch with the courier to call you back ASAP. They never call back. I don't know why FNB still uses them. For today's complaint. They arranged last week to have my new card delivered between 9 an 11 today. I arranged my meetings so that I can be in the office during those times. 11 comes and goes. I call. Wow the usual we will call you back story. I call again. Same ole story... we will call you back. Now I have elsewhere to be and guess what. They will call and try and schedule another delivery date. Ohh I will sit in my office and wait for them again while I have to delay otter important meetings. Wonder how I could claim back my wasted time at MY HOURLY RATE. PLEASE CCD STOP WASTING OUR TIME. AND PLEASE FNB find yourself another courier. One that does not sit back and relax because they know they have a huge bank as their client.
