I applied for a new card through FNB and was supposed to receive this card through CCD couriers, they contacted me and arranged to deliver it on Thursday 28 February. No one showed, I then phoned them to ask what the is going on and was asked if they could deliver the Monday 04 March between 8-10 to which I agreed. Again no one showed, I was phoned and told their courier was delayed..like that is my problem.. Finally at 13H00 I contacted them again to find out if this is going to happen at all..Then was told by their call centre that the PC shows my number of entries has been exceeded and that they cant book another delivery for me and that they will find out where the courier is and let me know..and I am still waiting..
