First National Bank
2 Months Waiting Period

I applied on-line for a business cheque account on the 26th of September and up until today I haven't received my cheque card and stuff. I only applied on-line as I believed this was the most convenient way however little did I know that this was going to be the worst nightmare ever. How convenient is it for me to wait for 2 months for a card to be delivered?

What me off the most is that no one seems to care as I am the one who is making follow-up calls and e-mails - its seems like FNB is doing me a favour here. I had to cancel an event due to sponsors requesting a business account, my office rental lease request is also on hold due to this and on top of that, it makes me look unprofessional and incompetent as my business requires clients to pay fees upfront and they now do so using my personal account. My line of business is all about discipline, yet this makes me look like someone who lacks discipline - as a potential client, how do you trust someone like that?

The courier company which FNB is using by the name of CCD Couriers, keeps on making empty promises - they are very unprofessional I must say.

So disappointed in FNB.
