Lodged Claim October - No Contact & Fitment!

I registered my claim for the windscreen with pg glass on their website! I requested a mobile unit! I completed the insurance details! I then received a sms confirming that my claim was successful and that Centurion PG Glass would phone me and make an appointment to fit! After about a week, i still had not received such a phone call, after my driver had been stopped by metro police for a damaged windscreen! I phoned Centurion branch and complained about the slack service as no-one had phoned me to keep me up to date with stock availability or anything! Since THAT phone-call, i have followed up weekly only to be told that they don't know whats going on with the claim or if there was stock and they will phone me back, all operators reading back my cellphone nr to confirm! No-one including the last call with the manager of the branch, NO_ONE has bothered to phone me and give a good explanation of whats going on and when i can expect fitment! Pathetic service and extremely disappointed!
