I contacted PG Glass a week ago wrt replacing a windscreen, today I contacted a branch to find out what the issue is, exactly a week later I call to find out only to be told there was an issue with my policy number and the claim was rejected. This was after receiving notification from PG glass that our claim was registered and they will be in contact. This is not my first complaint with PG glass you would've thought I would've learnt by now. This time I have, any company that does not have the decency to get back to a customer with an issue etc does not deserve to have my business. Today after calling the branch I had previously dealt with they informed of the rejection, I then called the nationwide call centre, as that's where I had logged the complaint, and they tried to claim they had only been informed now, had no response or apologies for not contacting me back and really seemed like they do not need any more business, but really I need not say anymore if you reading this and wanting to get glass go somewhere other than PG glass.
