I took out an insurance policy with AA insurance at the end of September, which includes an AA membership. After having been insured for a month and still received nothing, I called AA insurance to find out what exactly was going on and why I had received nothing.
I was referred to the Automobile Association group as the insurance side apparently only deals with insurance. So I call AA group and explain the problem to them. After being put on hold countless times and also being told that I didn't have a profile on their system, I was assured that I would receive my card shortly. I did get an SMS with my membership number. That was over a month ago.
Today I called again to try and find out what the is going on as I'm about to go on a long road trip. Again, no joy.
So my question is, since the AA doesn't recognise me as a valued customer, surely my premiums on insurance should at least drop?
Extremely poor service from the AA. I'm very disappointed...
