Windscreen Claim not honoured

I submitted a windscreen claim last week Wednesday, i received sms from PG Glass confirming that my claim was processed. I have since contacted Outsurance and PG Glass numerous times and i was promised to be contacted back regarding the fitment of the windscreen.
Its been over a week since my windscreen cracked and still waiting for them to call back.
