I lodged a claim with PG Glass, N1 City at? 9.15am yesterday morning. Received my Quote at about 9.52am. I was told PG Glass would have to order my back windscreen from Jhb and i would only be able to receive it on Friday, 21 June 2013. Received a Msg at 13.32 from PG, my claim have been registered with Santam, Ref 2169884. Today i get a call from PG saying my claim have been rejected due to my Policy Nr that is incorrect (which is not the case - check Doc 60015-402113) all my details are correct!! Now i've been told i can only receive my back windscreen on Wednesday, 26 June 2013. I feel this is bad service, cause its raining in Cape Town and i'm going have more water damage inside my car. I've just received a text msg again from Pg Glass now at 13.32 saying they will inform me once my claim have been authorized.
