On the 22 Nov 2013 at 15h43 I requested a very important letter to be couriered by Speed Services. i went to Rant en Dal Post Office on Tuesday 26 Nov at about 16hoo and the Post Office phoned the courier company and they said they are on their way to deliver it. I went to the PO again yesterday, Wednesday 27 Nov 2013 and the same lady, Phuthuma, said they had a breakdown and the parcel was not delivered. They will deliver it today?
How long does it take and can I take their word that it will be delivered today. I need it delivered TODAY as this is a very urgent delivery. I paid R132.58 for it to be delivered and it stil has not been done.
