Goods due to late delivery and imcompetance

On Monday 6 May 2013 I registered a parcel to be delivered to Mr. A.O. Benjamin address 2A 7th Street Julies Malvern to be taken with him to UK as a present for my fiance currently in Coventry United Kingdom, the quickest and fastest way to get it to Mr. Benjamin was to send it via "SPEED SERVICES". I secure the parcel and handed it in for delivery the same day, the lady at the counter informed me that it is not possible on Monday but it will be delivered to Mr. Benjamins door before 10.30 Tuesday morning, when I spoke to my fiance yesterday he informed me that the parcel wasnt delivered, I immediately start phoning and try to get it delivered, I found that either the lady or the speed service made a mistake with the delivery adress I have spoken to Albert the supervisor and someone else at speed services to confirm the address and request that they deliver ASAP. Mr. Benjamin just called and advise that the parcel has been delivered, but was empty, I emmediately phone Speed Services Head Office 0860 023 133 to find out how is this possible... and what would be the next step due to the fact that I am helding them responsible for 1. delaying in delivery 2. Contents been removed.
