I delivered a parcel to PARK SOUTH post office at 11.46 0n 23 DEC 2013 for counter to door overnight service - to be delivered to Durbanville the next morning. It is 16h00 on 24 DEC 2013 and the parcel has not been delivered.
The consultant on the helpline said it would not be delivered until Fri 27 Dec as the employees in the office in cape town had left early today and would not be delivering it until Friday
I feel this is a serious violation of the Consumer Protection Act and I will be reporting the matter of Speed Service Couriers taking money for services they had no intention of fulfilling. I also intend to report this breach of conduct to the relevant post office so my parcel may be traced and my money refunded
