I'm very disappointed as a customer. I paid speed services to have my letter TA 746 474 050 Za delivered from JHB to London. My letter was received 10 January 2014, to my shock my letter was only scanned out last night 14 January 2014 at the international office South-Africa. The letter was due to arrive at it's destination on Wednesday according to post office attendant. Thus my letter is being delivered at standard rate not speed services. I would like the difference in price reimbursed to me as this is not the service I paid for.
