This is my second time complimenting Motomia on their brilliant outstanding service. I have just purchased my second Motomia bike as through personal research and experience they truly have the best product for their pricing in the country... yes they leave the competition in the dust!! Every time I have dealt with Motomia it has been a very pleasurable experience. This is due to their excellent staff, who are always friendly, ready to help with an intelligent understanding of their product in all areas. It is very rare to find a gem of a team within the service industry... and I should know, ive been in customer service for years myself.
As for customer service in south africa, I would strongly advise the bigger corporations to send their staff to Motomia for a lesson in how service is delivered perfectly every time!!
